摘 要:采用XRD、SEM等手段研究了水解时间对LiH组织结构的影响。研究表明:水解时间为2~16h时,LiH的水解速率较快,水解增重随时间延长几乎呈直线增长;水解时间为16~24h时,LiH水解平均增重大幅降低;水解前后,LiH主要由LiH、LiOH及少量的Li、H2及LiNO3组成,随着时间延长,LiH含量由80.9%(0h)降低至71.3%(24h),LiOH的含量由11.0%(0h)增加至21.5%(24h);未水解时,LiH表面由LiOH及少量白色颗粒状LiOH·H2O组成,随水解时间延长,LiOH·H2O含量逐渐增加,水解24h后,LiH表面出现裂纹,LiOH与LiH的密度差异是其开裂的主要原因。The effect of hydrolysis time on the microstructure of lithium hydride was studied in this paper.The results showed that the hydrolysis rate of lithium hydride was very fast,with a linear increment in weight when hydrolysis time lay in 2hto 16 h.The increment in weight slowed down when hydrolysis time extended to 16 hto 24h.Lithium hydride was mainly composed of LiH,LiOH,and a small amount of Li,H2 and LiNO3before and after hydrolysis.With the increase of hydrolysis time,the content of lithium hydride reduced from 80.9%(0h)to 71.3%(24h),the content of LiOH increased from 11.0%(0h)to 21.5%(24h).The surface of lithium hydride was composed of LiH and a small amount of LiOH·H2O before hydrolysis.With the increase of hydrolysis time,the amount of LiOH·H2O increased gradually.After hydrolysis for 24 h,cracks appeared at the surface of lithium hydride because of the density variation of LiOH and LiH.
