摘 要:轴承打滑在航空发动机主轴后轴承失效中占有较大比例,后轴承打滑不仅影响到轴承的寿命,甚至直接关系到发动机的安全运转。为进一步认知主轴后轴承的打滑损伤机制,借助聚焦离子束扫描电子显微镜,场发射扫描电子显微镜及配套能谱仪,轮廓仪对打滑损伤轴承进行失效分析。分析表明:内圈滚道、滚子表面损伤区域在打滑过程中可能发生了黏着磨损和摩擦氧化,且两接触面间发生了磨粒磨损。此外,由于润滑油的污染,保持架的过梁接触面发生了磨粒镶嵌。Skidding from the rear bearing of main shaft takes up a large proportion in the bearing failure of the aero-engine, bearing skidding could not only affects the bearing life, but also directly relate to the safe operation of the aero-engine.For better understanding the mechanism of rear bearing skidding damage, investigations were performed by utilizing of focused ion beam-scanning electron microscope (FIB-SEM), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and surface profilometry.Analysis results show that skidding damage in the inner ring raceway and roller surface may be the result of adhesive wear and oxidation wear, moreover, there is abrasive wear between the interface of the inner ring and roller.In addition ,abrasive wear occurs to the interface of cage because of the polluted lubricating oil.
