摘 要:针对火电厂设备用油复杂、用油选油方案不健全、用油品种繁多等问题,基于油品种类最小化、设备润滑更优化和用油成本更低化的原则,采用基于设备结构和运行工况的大数据分析方法,对火电厂设备用油进行优化。通过用油优化,减少了部分性能等级过高油品的使用,降低了润滑油脂用油成本;简化了设备润滑管理的各环节,提升了设备管理效率;通过规范各类设备的用油,解决了部分设备因用油引起的故障,降低了设备磨损,减少了备件消耗。Aimed at the problems of imperfect measures of oil selection and use, a wide variety of oils being used in the equipment of power enterprise, based on the principles of minimizing the type of oils, optimizing the lubrication of equipment and lowering the cost of oils, the optimization of oil used in the equipment of power enterprise was carried out by a big data analysis on the equipment structure and operating condition.Through minimization ,some oils of over high grade performance are reduced and the cost of lubricating oil and grease is lowered, the process of equipment lubrication management is simplified and the efficiency is improved. With standardrization of the oils used in all kinds of equipment, faults caused by wrong using oil in some equipment are solved, the wear of equipment is reduced, and the consumption of spare parts is decreased.
