摘  要:介绍了铜合金板带轧制工艺及轧制设备的技术现状。对轧制工艺参数控制技术的创新进行了综述,重点分析了轧制温度、轧制速度对铜板带成形性能的影响,探讨了润滑冷却等工艺措施在轧制过程中的应用情况。介绍了铜合金板带材的轧制新技术,并对铜合金板带轧制技术的发展趋势进行了展望。Status of rolling process and rolling equipment of copper alloy sheets and strips was introduced. Innovation of rolling process parameters controlling technology was summarized. The effects of rolling temperature and rolling speed on the forming properties of copper sheets and strips were mainly analyzed. The application of lubrication and cooling in the rolling process was discussed. New rolling technologies of copper alloy sheets and strips were introduced. Development trend of rolling technology of copper alloy sheets and strips was forecasted.
