摘 要:根据现有的霍尔锚模型与工艺,建立霍尔锚锚爪模型与现有铸造工艺系统,利用MAGMA软件对其铸造过程进行数值模拟,对粒子追踪和缩松现象进行了分析,指出现有铸造工艺系统存在的缺陷,并提出了改进措施。结果表明,改进后铸造工艺使得粒子流动性和缩松现象得到显著改善。因此,改进后的铸造工艺对企业生产具有重要指导意义。According to the existing model and casting process of Hall anchor fluke, casting process of Hall anchor fluke was designed and improved. The casting process system was simulated by casting simulation software MAGMA, and the particle tracing and the shrinkage were analyzed. The defects in the existing casting process system were been pointed out and the improvement mecsures were put forward. The results show that particle mobility and shrinkage have been improved significantly after improving casting process, and the filling pressure and temperature field have been optimized. As a result, the improved casting process has important guiding significance for modem enterprise in the production process.
