摘 要:铝合金的二次枝晶间距值是评估铸件力学性能的重要依据。用MAGMASOFT4.4软件模拟了Al Si7Mg合金二次枝晶间距及冷却曲线,并与实测二次枝晶间距及实测冷却曲线进行了对比,分析了模拟结果与实测结果差距的原因,提出了相应的优化调整方案。应用优化方案采用阶梯型试样进行凝固模拟。通过对比二次枝晶间距计算结果,证明计算结果得到了改进。The second dendrite arm space (SDAS) value of aluminum alloy is an important basis for the evaluation of the mechanical properties of castings. SDAS and cooling curves of A1Si7Mg alloy were simulated by using MAGMASOFT 4.4 software. And SDAS and cooling curves of actual measurement were contrasted. The reasons for the difference between simulation results and measured results were analyzed. Corresponding optimal adjustment scheme was presented. The solidification simulation was carried out by applying optimization scheme and ladder type sample. Through comparing the SDAS calculation results, it is proved that the calculation results are improved.
