摘  要:针对我国为某核电工程主泵蒸发器支承件研制的新型锰-钼-钒系合金钢ZG12MnMoV铸钢材料,模拟了ZG12MnMoV钢凝固和冷却过程的组织与性能,得到了合金从液态到室温整个温度区间部分力学性能和热物理性能参数随温度变化的曲线和确定值,以及ZG12MnMoV钢冷却过程的CCT曲线。该研究结果可为ZG12MnMoV合金钢铸件的热处理工艺制订和铸件模拟分析提供了必要的数据支持。Aiming at the new developing material of Mn-Mo-V series ZG12MnMoV cast steel used for main pump evaporator support in a nuclear power plant project in our country, the microstructure and the properties of ZG12MnMoV steel during the solidification and cooling process were simulated. The mechanical properties and the curves of thermal physical properties of the material with the temperature were obtained in the whole temperature range from the liquid to room temperature, and the CCT curves of ZG12MnMoV steel during the cooling process were obtained. It provides necessary data support for the formulation of the heat treatment process ofZGI2MnMoV castings and casting simulation analysis.
