摘  要:针对60 kg/m U75VG钢轨焊后正火如何最大限度地获得细化晶粒效果问题,选择了加热气体流量、加热时间和冷却速度三因素,按照三因素三水平的正火正交试验设计方案,开展了正火工艺试验研究。结果表明:采用最佳的焊后正火工艺,对闪光焊接头进行焊后正火热处理,能使接头晶粒明显细化(晶粒度达到9级左右),冲击韧性明显提高,提高了钢轨焊接接头的强韧性。The question on how to refine the grain size of 60kg/m U75VG rail joint by normalizing technique after welding was discussed. Three key factors( heat gas flow, heating time, and cooling rate) were selected, and the orthogonal test program of three factors and three levels was designed and studied. Results show that, by using the best normalizing process after welding, normalizing technique heat treatment after welding of flash welding joint is carried out,which makes the grain of the joint refined (the grain size is about level 9), and the impact toughness is improved obviously. Thus the strong toughness of the rail flash welding joint can be improved.
