摘 要:创新驱动发展是实现中国经济发展方式转变的根本途径。创新发展的基础在于创新模式的变革。协同创新是创新发展的新模式,能够有效整合创新资源和提高创新效率。因此,本文从协同创新的演化逻辑、中国情境与政策体系三个方面展开研究。通过对协同创新演化逻辑以及中国创新模式变迁的分析,本文指出协同创新是中国创新发展的必然模式选择。然而,现阶段中国的高校、研究机构、企业等创新主体的创新模式仍以封闭式创新为主,协同创新为辅。未来要完善协同创新的政策体系,能激发创新主体协同创新的积极性。Innovation- driven development is the fundamental way to realize a shift in economic development patterns ot China. The basic for innovation development lies in the change of innovation mode. As a new mode for innova- tion development, collaborative innovation can effectively integrate innovation resources and improve innovation efficiency. Therefore, the paper carries out research from three aspects of collaborative innovation : evolutionary logic, Chinese context and policy system. Based on analysis of evolutionary logic of collaborative innovation and change of Chinese innovation mode, the paper argues that collaborative innovation is the inevitable mode choice for innovation development of China. However, at this stage, innovation mode is still dominated by the closed innovation but not the collaborative innovation in Chinese universities, research institutions and enterprises. The reason that China has not yet perfected its policy system of collaborative innovation fails to stimulate the en- thusiasm of innovators in collaborative innovation. Based on analysis of status quo and policy system of collabo- rative innovation, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations.
