摘  要:为了更好地实现金属腐蚀的可控性,研究了SHMP(六偏磷酸钠)在酸性高锰酸钾溶液中的缓蚀性能。选取SHMP和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢为主要研究对象,以酸性高锰酸钾为基础溶液,运用失重法、极化曲线及微观表面分析等方法,系统地研究了SHMP在不同试验条件下的缓蚀性能,同时对缓蚀工艺进行了优化。失重法研究结果显示SHMP在添加量达到400mg/L时,腐蚀速率开始趋于平稳,适宜于常温及低流速的工况下使用,并且具有非常好的抗时间性能。电化学及表面分析测试表明SHMP是一种阴极型缓蚀剂,能完全抑制金属表面的晶间腐蚀现象。正交试验的分析结果显示,温度对腐蚀速率的影响最大,各因素的主次顺序为缓蚀温度、溶液流速、缓蚀剂质量浓度、作用时间。另外,在最佳缓蚀工艺条件下(质量浓度为500mg/L,温度为20℃,时间为12h,流速为1m/s),缓蚀率达到了94.67%,这明显高于未优化缓蚀剂在质量浓度为800 mg/L时的缓蚀率(82.61%)。研究发现,SHMP对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在酸性高锰酸钾溶液中的腐蚀有较好的缓蚀效果,具有非常广阔的应用前景。The inhibition performance of sodium hexametaphosphate in acidic potassium permanganate solution was studied in order to acquire better corrosion controllability of the metal. Sodium hexametaphosphate and 1Cr18NigTi stainless steel were chosen as main study object in the acidic potassium permanganate solution. Corrosion inhibition property of sodium hexametaphosphate had been systematically evaluated by weight-loss method, polarization curve and surface analysis. The result of weight-loss method showed that when the concentration of sodium hexametaphosphate reached 400 mg/L, its corrosion rate began to be steady, and it was suitable for application under normal temperature and low flow rate, with a great aging resistance. The electrochemical and surface analysis test showed that sodium hexametaphosphate was a cathode type of inhibitor and could completely inhibit intergranular corrosion phenomenon on the metal surface. According to the result of orthogonal experiment, temperature was the most tremendous influence factor to the corrosion rate, followed by solution flow rate, inhibitor concentration and action time. In addition, the inhibition efficiency of sodium hexametaphosphate reached 94. 67% in the best corrosion inhibition process conditions(concentration of 500 mg/L, temperature of 20 ℃, time of 12 h, flow rate of 1 m/s), and it was significantly higher than inhibition efficiency (82. 61%) of the inhibitor without optimazation on the concentration of 800 mg/L. It means that sodium hexametaphosphate has a good inhibition effect for metal corrosion in acidic potassium permanganate solution and it will have broad application prospects.
