摘  要:为了快捷有效地设计轴承座铸造工艺,首先利用Magmasoft软件对铸件进行凝固模拟,分析铸件中容易产生缩孔缩松的部位。然后根据缩孔缩松的分布,设置冷铁和冒口的安放位置,再依据铸件添加冷铁和冒口后的计算结果确定铸造工艺方案,根据设计的铸造工艺方案生产铸件。对生产的铸件进行无损检测,铸件质量完全符合技术要求。For designing the casting process of bearing seat quickly and effectively, Magmasoft was used to simulate the solidification process of castings firstly, the design of chills and feeders was initially determined according to the distribution of blowhole, shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage. Then the casting process design was simulated and the simulation results of filling and solidification process were analyzed to decide if the casting fit the technical requirement. Finally, the casting was produced with the designed casting process, and nondestructive test results show that the casting's quality meets technology requirement.
