摘　　要：致病菌对抗生素持续增长的耐药性与抗生素广谱杀菌对人类健康带来的长久负面影响,使开发不同治疗机制的抗菌药物成为人类维护健康的一个紧迫话题,而抗体类药物以其靶向性与高效性进入了人们的视野。目前全球抗菌抗体药物既有已经上市的治疗吸入性炭疽病的瑞西巴库,也有众多的以治疗金黄色葡萄球菌与铜绿假单胞菌感染为代表的处于临床阶段或临床前阶段的抗体药物。在研抗菌抗体药物通常的作用靶点是致病菌侵袭力物质基础与相关毒素,抗体工程技术的发展,如基因工程小鼠、抗体库、人杂交瘤细胞及单个B细胞抗体制备技术等在抗菌抗体药物的研发中也发挥着重要的促进作用。抗菌抗体药物或将成为精准治疗细菌感染的靶向药物,为人类健康事业贡献力量。Because of the increasing incidence of antibiotic resistance and long term negative effects on human health of broad-spectrum antibiotics,development of antibiotics with different therapeutic mechanisms has become an urgent topic for human to maintain health. The targeting effect and high efficiency of antibody drugs have come into people＇s view. There are many anti-bacterial antibody drugs in development,including raxibacumab for the treatment of inhalation anthrax,which is already on the market,and antibody drugs for the treatment of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections,which are representative of the next generation of m Abs that are in clinical or preclinical stage. The antibacterial antibody drugs under research usually target material basis of the invasion force of pathogenic bacteria and related toxins. Antibody engineering technology,such as genetically engineered mice,antibody library,human B cells hybridoma and the single B cell antibody technology,is in rapid development and plays an important role in promoting the RD of antibacterial antibodies. Antibody drugs will become a kind of precise targeting treatment of bacterial infections and contribute to human health.
