摘 要:随着冠脉介入治疗、冠脉搭桥和冠脉溶栓等治疗手段的广泛应用,继之出现的心肌缺血/再灌注(MI/R)造成的二次损伤日益受到关注,有关其保护机制的研究成为热点。近年来提出再灌注损伤补救激酶(RISK)的概念,越来越多的研究证实RISK信号通路在MI/R损伤中的关键作用。该通路由PI3K/Akt和ERK1/2组成,它的激活能够显著减少心肌梗死面积,是众多生长因子、细胞因子以及药物干预的靶点。其激活因素及靶效应分子较多,本文对RISK信号通路的上下游影响因素进行综述。Following the widespread use of coronary arteries intervention,bypass grafting,and thrombolysis,secondary myocardial ischemia / reperfusion( MI / R) injury has drawn growing concerns. The protective mechanism of MI / R is becoming a research hot spot. In recent years,the conception of reperfusion injury salvage kinase( RISK) has been proposed,and more and more studies have proved that this pathway plays a key role in MI/R injury. RISK pathway is composed of PI3 K / Akt and ERK1 /2 pathways,which reduces the myocardial infarct size when activated. As the targets of multiple growth factors,cytokines,and drugs,RISK pathway has many activation factors and effector molecules. This article reviews the upstream and downstream influencing factors of RISK.
