摘  要:大学教师发展中心旨在为大学教师专业发展营造氛围、提供舞台,是大学教师专业发展从经验模式迈向专业模式的重要标志。在我国,由于不少大学教师发展中心的设置还不够健全,应有功能还未能完全显现。要想更好地发挥其应有功能,全面促进大学教师专业发展:在角色定位上,需凸显大学教师发展中心的服务属性;在活动内容上,需注重活动内容的针对性和实效性;在评价理念上,需建构激励导向的评价机制。Aiming to create an atmosphere and provide the stage for the professional development of university teachers, university faculty development center, is an important symbol of the university teachers' professional development from the experience mode to the professional mode. But the problem is that, in our country, many university faculty development centers are not sound enough, and the proper function has not been fully revealed. To play its due functions better and to promote the professional development of university teachers: in role positioning, the service attribute of university faculty development center should be highlighted; in the activity content, the pertinence and actual effect of the activity content should be focused; in the evaluation concept, the evaluation mechanism of incentive oriented should be constructed.
