摘　　要：现代大学产权制度是大学产权权利的规范化与制度化。产权界定是现代大学产权制度的核心内容,是建立归属清晰产权制度的内在要求。我国现代大学产权制度存在法人地位不明确、产权残缺等问题。需要通过完善法律、明晰产权界定,给予现代大学章程以法律属性等途径来完善大学产权制度。The property right system of the modern university is the standardization and institutionalization the property right of the university. Clear definition of property right is the core content of the modern university property right system,and also the inherent requirement of establishing a clear property right system. But there are many problems in the property right system of our country,such as the legal status of the university,the property right and so on.Those require us to perfect the property rights system of university by improving the law,defining the property right,and giving the legal nature of the university regulations.
