摘　　要：我国非营利性民办高等教育是高等教育体系的重要组成部分,也是民办高等教育事业发展的重要增长点和促进高等教育改革的重要力量。我国非营利性民办高校的兴起和发展是经济社会发展的必然结果,有其独特的性质、特点、规则和功用,并始终服务于一定经济社会的发展。我国非营利性民办高校发展态势良好,不断凸显其独特优势,并在诸多方面发挥着重要作用,为社会更多的人群提供了接受高等教育的机会和形式多样的高等教育产品和服务,满足了社会更多人群的高等教育需求。Our non-profit private higher education is an important part of the higher education system,but also an important force to promote the important growth of private higher education reform and development of higher education. The rise and development of non-profit private colleges and universities is an inevitable result of economic and social development,which has its unique nature,characteristics,rules and functions,and always serves the development of our economy and society. Our non-profit private university development trend is good and it can continue to highlight its unique advantages,and plays an important role in many aspects.The non-profit private university can provide opportunities for higher education and various forms of education products and services to meet the demands of more social groups.
