集成化院校研究体系的构建——以同济大学为例

摘　　要：院校研究是包含多项功能的体系性工作。集成化院校研究体系是指通过建立统一的院校研究部门,形成一体化的院校研究工作体系,以实现校内与院校研究相关的组织、功能、流程和信息的集成。本文基于集成化院校研究相关理论基础和院校研究在我国高校实践应用的现状和问题,以同济大学院校研究为案例,探索性地研究了中国大陆高校集成化院校研究体系的构建。案例研究全面地展示了集成化院校研究体系的整体图景,其特点符合全球性的院校研究发展趋势,并为中国高校院校研究进一步深入发展提供新思路。Institutional Research is a broad category of work. Integrated Institutional Research System integrates the working system by establishing a collaborative research department of different colleges. The system can integrate the organization, function, work flow and information concerning institutional research inside the campus and co-colleges. This essay takes Tongji University as an example to explore the systematic development of integrated institutional research in China's Mainland, based on the theory and practice of institutional research. The case study shows the overall prospect of institutional research, whose features are fit for the global research trends, and provides a new direction for the development of institutional research in Chinese HEIs.
