摘 要:在线安全稳定预警与辅助决策是智能电网调度中不可缺少的技术之一。从全网实时数据生成、安全稳定预警与辅助决策3个层面来研究在线安全稳定预警系统的功能构建与应用模式。利用在线实时态及时发现电网运行中的薄弱点和风险点,并给出相应的辅助控制策略;利用在线研究态进行预想方式和应急方式分析,制定相应的事故处理预案,以大幅提高电网安全运行水平,降低大范围停电风险。实例仿真结果表明:调控运行人员可以全方位、不间断、全周期地监视电网运行情况,有助于实现电网安全稳定运行的实时监控;有助于发现各种运行方式存在的问题,并且有针对性地提出改进或预防措施。Online security and stability early warning and decision making are indispensable technologies in the smart grid dispatching. This paper presents studies on the function construction and application model of the online security and stability early warning system from the following three aspects: the real time data generation, security early warning and auxi- liary decision making. The online real time function is used to find out the weak points and risks and the corresponding auxi- liary decision-making strategies are given; and the expected state and emergency state can also be analyzed by the online research function, and the accident control strategies can be prepared in advance, and the safe operation of the power grid can be greatly improved and risks of widespread power blac- kouts be reduced. The simulation results show that using the system proposed, the control and operating personnel can mon- itor the power grid in the full-scaled, uninterrupted, and full life-cycle way, and the strategies proposed help to realize the real-time monitoring of the safe and stable operation of the power grid; help to find existing problems in all kinds of operation modes, and put forward improvement or prevention measures.
