摘 要:微网与外部电网并网运行,互为补充,为用户带来了多方面的效益。由于不可控微电源出力的随机性与波动性,微电网并网运行时的优化运行受到很大影响。提出了计划层与实时层双层协调优化调度的算法,来解决微电网并网实时能量优化调度的问题。计划层根据微电源功率预测数据,采用改进粒子群算法进行微电网并网系统的经济优化运行;在计划层优化基础上,实时层根据不可控微电源以及负荷在实时功率与预测功率之间的误差,提出采用改进粒子群算法来进行实时优化调度,并将优化结果更新至计划层中各可控微电源及并网联络线的调度功率中。对一个典型的微电网并网系统进行调度算法仿真分析,验证了该方法的可行性与正确性。When interconnected, the external grid and micro grids are mutually supplementary, producing multiple benefits to all parties concerned. Considering effects of the uncertainty of renewable energy on the optimized operation of the interconnected grid system, this paper proposes an algo- rithm of double-layer (the planned scheduling layer and the real-time scheduling layer) coordinating scheduling to solve the real-time energy optimization and scheduling problem. Based on the prediction of uncontrollable micropower, the planned scheduling layer helps to realize the economical operation of microgrid with improved PSO algorithm and the real-time scheduling layer, according to the uncontrollable micropower and load errors between the predicted power and real-time po- wer, proposes to adopt the improved PSO algorithm for the real-time optimization dispatching and add the revised dispat- ching result to the controllable micropowers in the planned scheduling layer with improved PSO algorithm. Finally, Simu- lation and analysis of a typical microgrid in the grid-connected mode verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed method.
