摘 要:南昌轨道交通1号线某区间盾构在上软(砂砾)下硬(泥岩)的富水地层中下穿位于八一广场上的国旗基础,为保证旗杆的垂直度,需要严格控制旗杆基础的不均匀沉降量。在实际施工中,根据八一广场地质条件(泥岩厚度)的不断变化及其特定敏感的地面环境,通过数值计算进行沉降预判,及时调整优化掘进参数,强化掘进参数控制及加强施工管理,并通过地面预注浆及洞内及时二次注浆的辅助控制措施,盾构顺利穿越国旗基础,有效控制了旗台的沉降,规避了因盾构施工对国旗造成的影响。During the shield construction project from Bayi Square Station to Dinggong Road Station of Nanchang Metro Line 1, for the purpose of guaranteeing the perpendicularity of the national flagpole, the differential settlement should be strictly controlled, which could be caused by the construction between the upper-soft lower-hard water-rich sandy gravel stratum under the foundation of the national flag. Based on the geological conditions and the sensitive ground environment and settlement anticipation by numerical calculation, the heading parameters are optimized and the construction management is reinforced. A series of measures including pre-injecting technique and second grouting-reinforcement arc conducted, which effectively control the settlement of the flag platform, avoiding the effect to the flag of shield construction.
