摘　　要：骨骼肌间脂肪(IMAT)目前被认为是影响骨骼肌胰岛素敏感性的重要因素。通过分析IMAT的来源、调节因素及其对胰岛素敏感性的影响,阐述中医"脾主肌肉"理论与IMAT可能存在的联系。Intermuscular adipose tissue（IMAT） is considered as an important factor that influence the insulin sensitivity of skeletal muscle. The paper analyzed the source and regulation factors of IMAT and its influence on insulin sensitivity, and explained the possible relationship between IMAT and insulin resistance from the TCM theory of ＂ spleen governs the muscle＂.
