摘　　要：介绍王秀霞教授治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临证经验。认为脾肾两虚、冲任亏损是围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的主要病机。治疗时主张涩流与澄源结合、固冲止血,血止后健脾补肾、益气生血以复其旧,并根据患者病情不同评估手术。This paper introduced Professor Wang Xiuxia＇ s experience in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Professor Wang considered deficiency of spleen and kidney and damage of ehong and ten meridians as the main pathogenesis of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. In the treatment she advocated the hemostasis combined with the treatment of root cause for arresting uterine hemorrhage, strengthening chong meridians to stop bleeding, invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney and supplementing qi and nourishing blood to restore. And surgeries should be assessed according to the condition of patients.
