摘  要:为应对光伏集群接入所引起的电压质量问题,提出了一种分布式光伏集群分层多模式无功控制策略。该策略包含执行层和智能控制层,执行层中各逆变器可根据并网点电压信息自主地切换控制模式,并按照本地控制器中各模式下的无功曲线输出或者吸收合适的无功功率。同时智能控制层中的模糊控制器动态调整相应模式下无功曲线的设定值,使并网点电压运行在合理的范围内。该策略还设计了两种控制模式,充分利用了光伏逆变器无功的双向调节能力,增加了逆变器无功调节的智能性和灵活性,实现了光伏集群的快速无功调节。最后通过算例,在matlab/simulink中验证了所提光伏集群无功控制策略可适用于不同的光伏出力情况,并且在通讯中断的情况下也可实现良好的控制效果。In order to deal with voltage quality problem caused by PV cluster access, this paper proposes a hierarchical multi-purpose reactive power control strategy for PV clusters. The proposed strategy includes executive and intelligent control layers. In executive layer, inverters automatically switch control modes according to local information of grid-connected point and generating or consuming reactive power based on reactive power curves embedded in local controller in advance. In intelligent control layer, fuzzy controller adjusts setting values of these reactive power curves for better performance. Two control modes are designed in this strategy to utilize capacity of bilateral var adjustment of inverters. This strategy realizes rapid reactive power regulation and strengthens intelligence and flexibility of reactive power adjustment of PV clusters. Finally, simulation is carried out in Matlab/Simulink with results that the proposed strategy can be applied in various PV output conditions and achieve a good control effect in case of communication failures.
