中药复方慢盆方抗炎镇痛的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药复方慢盆方的抗炎镇痛作用。方法以金刚藤和阿司匹林作为阳性对照,采用小鼠二甲苯耳郭肿胀模型和大鼠鸡蛋清足跖肿胀模型,研究慢盆方抗炎作用;以金刚藤和布洛芬作为阳性对照,采用小鼠扭体试验和热板试验,研究慢盆方的镇痛作用。各个实验中动物均分为正常对照组(蒸馏水),模型对照组(蒸馏水),阳性对照组金刚藤,阳性对照组阿司匹林(或布洛芬),慢盆方高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。采取相应干预,观察慢盆方抗炎镇痛作用。结果慢盆方中、高剂量有明显抑制二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀的作用(P<0.05);慢盆方高、中、低剂量均表现出明显减轻大鼠鸡蛋清足跖肿胀度的作用(P<0.05,P<0.01),高剂量组效果最显著。同时,慢盆方高、中、低剂量均能显著减轻醋酸化学刺激引起的小鼠扭体疼痛反应(P<0.05,P<0.01),并提高热板试验中小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中药复方慢盆方具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,对于治疗慢性盆腔炎具有较好的应用前景。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic eJ[fects of Chinese herbal compound Manpen Decoction. Methods The dimethylbenzene- induced ear edema model in nfice and the egg white-induced paw swelling model in rats were used to study the anti-inflammatory effects of Manpen Decoction, with China root greenbrier（Jin Gang Teng） and aspirin as positive control. The writhing test induced by acetic acid and hot plate test in mice were used to observe the analgesic effects of Manpen Decoction,with China root greenbrier and ibuprofen as positive control. In each model experiment, mice were divided into the control group, model group,positive control group and treatment groups with low-, mid- and high- dose of Manpen Decoction, 10 in each group. Each group was treated with the corresponding drug and the control and model groups were treated with distilled water. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Manpen Decoction were observed. Results In the treatment groups with mid- and high- dose of Manpen Decoction,the swelling degree of ear edema in mice induced by dimethylbenzene was significantly suppressed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the all tratment groups with low-, mid- and high-dose, the swelling degree of paw edema in rats induced by egg white was significantly reduced（P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）, and the group with high-dose was more effective. In addition, in the all treatment groups with different dose of Manpen Decoction, the pain reaction in writhing mice induced by acetic acid was significantly relieved（ P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01）, and the threshold of pain in hot plate test was increased （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chinese herbal compound Manpen Decoction shows good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, as well as the good application prospects in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
