摘  要:为应对电力系统源网中元素变动引起的复杂多变的情形,进行源和网的协同优化已十分必要。为此,提出了源网冲突度指标,可量化评价网对源最优运行方式的制约。在此基础上,为在尽量少地改变电网结构前提下缓解源网冲突,以源网冲突度为核心建立了两层优化决策模型。其中,上层问题以输电元件运行状态为决策量,追求尽量少地改变上层电网结构,使源网冲突度在系统可接受范围内,下层问题在问题决策的电网结构下,以机组输出功率为决策量,优化源运行方式,从而兼顾电网结构改变和源最优运行方式实现。该两层优化决策模型属于混合整数线性两层优化模型,通过下层问题KKT条件,可将其转化为单层的混合整数线性规划模型予以求解。最后,通过5节点和30节点算例系统,验证了两层优化模型和求解算法的有效性。In order to deal with complex situation caused by element change in power system, it is necessary to synergistically optimize source and network. Therefore, concept of conflict degree between source and network is proposed in this paper to give a quantitative evaluation of power grid restriction to source operation. On this basis, in order to minimize power grid structure change to ease conflict between source and network, a two level optimization formulation of this problem are proposed. Taking operation states of transmission elements as decision variables, the upper level problem is to minimize power grid structure change to maintain conflict degree between source and network within acceptable range. Under the power grid structure determined by the upper level problem, the lower level problem optimizes generation unit operation. The model is a mixed-integer linear two level optimization model and can be converted to a mixed-integer linear single level optimization model with KKT condition in the lower level problem. Finally, significance of this study is illustrated with 5-bus and 30-bus systems.
