摘 要:随着我国对能源需求的快速增长以及土地资源的日益紧张,直流输电工程与油气管道相邻不断增多,直流输电工程对埋地金属管道的电磁影响问题日益突出。针对管道上的防腐和保护措施,通过分析这些措施对管道作用的机理,建立了管道防腐层、局部接地装置、绝缘接头、牺牲阳极和强制阴极排流装置的电路模型,并通过矩量法和电路相结合,建立了考虑管道各种措施的直流接地极对埋地金属管道影响的电路模型和计算方法,通过计算结果与CDEGS计算结果及工程实测结果的对比,验证所建模型和相应算法的正确性。通过仿真计算,初步分析几种管道保护措施对管道管地电位的影响。管道上不同的措施对管道的影响不同,就减弱直流输电工程对管道的影响而言,强制阴极排流装置的主要作用是减弱管道的腐蚀,对降低管道的管地电位效果有限。With rapid growth of energy demand and increasing tense of land resources, more and more DC transmission projects are located in adjacency of buried metal oil-gas pipeline, leading to serious electromagnetic effects on them. Focused on corrosion and protection measures of pipeline, in this paper a circuit model was established, containing pipeline coatings, local grounding devices, insulating joints, sacrificial anodes and forced current drainage cathodic protection, to analyze mechanism of these measures on pipeline. Combining method of moments and considering various measures of pipeline, a circuit model and calculation method was constructed to analyze influence of DC grounding electrode on buried metal pipelines. By comparing the calculated results with CDEGS and measured results, validity of the circuit model and calculation method was confirmed. Finally, effects of several pipeline protection measures on pipe-ground potential were preliminarily analyzed with simulation. These measures have different effects on pipeline. In terms of mitigating influence of DC transmission project on pipeline, forced current drainage cathodic protection has only limited effects on reducing pipe-ground potential because its main function is to prevent pipeline corrosion.
