摘 要:针对经典矢量中值滤波算法对距离定义模糊的问题,提出一种新的矢量中值滤波算法。采用中心向外的排序方法,对全局彩色像素点进行随机投影深度排序,根据排序大小确定局部窗口中的噪声像素点,运用矢量中值滤波对噪声进行滤除。对含有不同噪声密度的彩色图像进行滤波实验,将改进算法与矢量对偶形态学滤波、空间变换的矢量形态学滤波、矢量中值滤波以及半空间矢量中值滤波算法作对比。实验结果表明,改进的算法能较好地剔除椒盐噪声,其滤波效果更加符合人眼视觉特性,同时可获得较好的性能指标,具有较强的鲁棒性。Aiming at the fuzzy distance definition of the classical Vector Median Filtering (VMF) algorithm, a new vector median filtering algorithm based on random projection depth sorting is proposed. The algorithm uses the sorting method of center outward. The global color pixels are sorted by the depth of the random projection. The noise pixels in the local window are determined according to the sorting. The noise is filtered by vector median filtering. The filtering experiment for color images with different noise density is carried out. The improved algorithm is compared with vector dual morphological filtering, vector morphological filtering of spatial transformation, vector median filtering and a half space vector median filtering algorithm. The results show that the modified algorithm can efficiently remove salt and pepper noise. The filtering effect of the modified algorithm is more consistent with human visual characteristics and has better performance and robustness.
