摘　　要：苦参碱具有消炎、镇痛等生物活性应用于临床,是医药界科学研究的热点领域之一。从天然植物中提取分离纯化苦参碱是其开发利用的关键问题,本文重点对苦参碱提取工艺进行介绍,尤其是对提取新技术应用进行重点介绍,以期为更好地开发与利用植物资源,提取分离纯化苦参碱。Matrine, known as a powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, is clinically used for the treatment of lipopolysaceharide-induced liver injury. Matrine could also regulate immunity, increase the number of white blood cells and relax cancer pain. Herein, the advances in extraction technologies of matrine were reviewed, especially the new extraction technologies involved environmental protection and energy conservation. In addition, the new matrine-extracting technologies were prospected.
