摘  要:分析了乙醇技术专利总体趋势、前十名申请人构成和IPC分类情况。主要结论如下:(1)天津大学49件专利位居第一,美国纳幕尔杜邦公司和苏州艾杰生物科技有限公司两家外资企业,平均专利年龄数最长。(2)IPC分类集中在C07C(无环或碳环化合物)和C12P(发酵或使用酶的方法合成目标化合物或组合物或从外消旋混合物中分离旋光异构体),分别为57项和69项。需利用五碳糖和六碳糖的高发酵酵母菌,优化发酵工艺;以及加强在非粮作物的乙醇技术研发。Ethanol technology patents were analyzed overall trends, top 10 applicant form and the IPC classification were also analyzed. Analysis results showed that Tianjin University had 49 patents and ranked the first, the two foreign enterprises, the Curtain, Dupont and Suzhou Agee Biological Technology Co. , Ltd. , had the longest average age. IPC was mainly concentrated in the C07C (no ring or carbon ring compounds) and C12P (used the method of enzyme fermentation or synthetic compounds or combination or separation of racemic mixture of optically active isomers ), 57 and 69, respectively. High sugar fermentation yeast of five or six carbon sugar was needed to be used, and fermentation process was optimized. The ethanol technology research and development in non-staple crops were also strengthened.
