地龙颗粒剂的制备工艺及质量初步评价

摘　　要：优选地龙最佳提取工艺,制备地龙颗粒剂,并对地龙颗粒剂质量进行初步评价。正交试验法优选出地龙药材最佳提取工艺条件,湿法制得地龙颗粒,并对颗粒质量进行了初步评价。地龙药材最佳提取条件:加10倍量水,浸泡40 min,煎煮30 min;以淀粉(m)∶糊精(m)∶10%淀粉浆(V)∶地龙提取浓缩液(1 g生药/m L)(V)=7∶3∶1∶1为条件,制备地龙颗粒。结果表明该提取方法操作简单,制备的颗粒剂流动性好,不易吸湿,方便保存。The extraction process of lumbrieus was optimized to prepare lumbricus granules, and the quality of granules was evaluated. Orthogonal test was used to select the best conditions of lumbricus extraction, lumbricus granules were prepared by wet granulation technique. The quality of granules was preliminary evaluated. The optimal extraction process was as follows ： the lumbricus was soaked with 10 times amount of water for 40 rain, then decocted for 30 rain. The prescription of lumbricus granules contained starch, dextrin, 10% starches, lumbricus extraction （1 g crude drug/mL） with ratio of 7 ： 3 ： 1 ： 1 （w/w/V/V）. Those results indicated that the extraction method was simple and the lumbricus granules had good flowability and low moisture absorption.
