摘 要:以玉米棒芯为碳源,伊利石为模板剂,高温碳化活化制备不同质量比的玉米芯基多孔碳,采用全自动吸附仪对样品进行孔隙结构的表征。通过对CO_2、亚甲基蓝的吸附性能测试,研究了玉米芯基多孔碳的最佳质量比。当伊利石/玉米芯质量比为1∶0.5(YP-0.5)时,达到最大值比表面积(488 m^2/g),总孔容(0.273 cm^3/g),对亚甲基蓝吸附量达到了最大值104 mg/g(常温常压下)。当伊利石/玉米芯质量比为1∶2(YP-2)时,对CO_2吸附量达到了最大值112 mg/g(常温常压下)。Porous carbons (YP-X) with different mass ratios were successfully prepared by carbonization and CO/ activation at high temperature, with corncob as carbon precursor and using illite as template agent. The pore structure of the porous carbons was analyzed via gas adsorption apparatus. The best mass ratios between illite and corncob were studied by the test of the adsorption capacity for CO2 and methylene blue. The result indicated that the YP-0. 5 had the largest specific surface area of 488 2 m/g, total pore volume of 0. 273 cm3/g, the adsorption capacity of 104 mg/g for methylene blue at room temperature, and the YP-2 showed its largest adsorption capacity of 112 mg/g for CO2 at 298 K and 100 kPa.
