摘  要:植物叶类作为天然原料,所含色素和有效组分具有良好的应用价值。以新鲜菠菜叶为原料,用不同的混合溶剂浸泡研磨菠菜叶,减压抽滤,用有机溶剂萃取其中的色素成分,并利用薄层色谱分离方法,选用不同展开剂对色素进行分离。试验结果表明,当石油醚-乙酸乙酯混合溶液(体积比为7∶3)作展开剂时比移值较小,对叶绿素分离较有利。在此基础上,我们采用紫外可见光谱对菠菜色素成分进了分析鉴定。As the natural ingredients, the leaves of plants contain pigment and effective composition which have favorable application. The fresh spinach leaves were taken as raw material, the different mixed solvent were used to soak and grind spinach leaves, then the method of vacuum suction filter were involved, the pigment ingredients were extracted by organic solvents. Using thin layer chromatography method, different agents were selected for separation of pigment. The experimental results showed that when the petroleum ether, ethyl acetate mixture ( volume ratio of 7 : 3 ) used as an agent, the Rf. value was small which was good for chlorophyll separation. The Uv- vis spectra of spinach pigment ingredients were also discussed.
