摘  要:以某型号的三相磁保持继电器为研究对象,基于MFC调用ANSYS实现对三相磁保持继电器电磁系统的仿真分析。首先,在分析三相磁保持继电器的结构原理的基础上运用ANSYS软件建立三相磁保持继电器电磁系统的三维实体模型,并进行有限元划分、设置其各个参数;其次,通过输入参数的处理、修改文本形成新的命令流、VC++编写程序后台调用批处理文件并显示结果、用户图形界面设计等步骤实现MFC窗口界面直接调用ANSYS对磁保持继电器进行仿真分析;最后,对模型在不同位置、不同加载电流下的静态特性进行了仿真分析,得到转动力矩、磁链的大小及部分磁场分布情况,绘制出三相磁保持继电器的特性曲线,分析了三相磁保持继电器的结构尺寸对静态特性的影响。这种方法充分发挥了ANSYS和MFC各自的优点,为三相磁保持继电器电磁机构的分析研究创造了便利的条件。Taking a certain type three-phase magnetic latching relay as the research object, the simulation analysis of the three-phase magnetic latching relay electromagnetic system was realized on the basis of ANSYS called by MFC. On the basis of analyzing the structure principle of the three-phase magnetic latching relay, the ANSYS software is used to establish the 3D solid model of the three-phase magnetic latching relay electromagnetic system, divide the finite elements, and set each parameter. The simulation analysis of magnetic latching relay is realized with ANSYS called directly in MFC window interface, and with the steps of input parameters processing, new command stream forming by text modification, batch file calling at backstage by means of VC++ programming, results displaying, and user graphical interface designing. The simulation analysis of the model's static characteristics was conducted under the conditions of different positions and different loaded currents to obtain the rotating torque, magnetic flux and partial magnetic field distribution. The characteristic curve of the three-phase magnetic latching relay are drawn. The influence of structure size of the three-phase magnetic latching relay on its static characteristics is analyzed. The method gives full play to the advantages of MFC and ANSYS respectively, and creates a convenient condition to study the elec- tromagnetic mechanism of the three-phase magnetic latching relay.
