摘  要:采用水提取法提取半夏植株的球茎、珠芽、叶及根系土壤的浸提液,每种浸提液设6个质量浓度(0、20、40、60、80、100mg/mL),研究半夏不同部位浸提液在特定质量浓度下对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应。结果表明:半夏不同部位浸提液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应不同,以半夏珠芽浸提液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应最强,球茎浸提液、叶浸提液次之,根系土壤浸提液最弱。Aqueous extracts of bulbs, bulbils, leaves, and root soil of Pinellia ternata were obtained through water extraction method. Six concentrations of 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 mg/mL were used to study the allelopathic effects on germination and seedling growth of wheat seeds. The results showed that different extracts had different allelopathic effects on germination and seedling growth of wheat seeds. The aqueous extract of P. ternata bulbils had the strongest allelopathic effects on wheat seed germination and seedling growth, followed by the aqueous extracts of bulbs and leaves. The aqueous extracts of root soil had the weakest affect on the germination and seedling growth of wheat seeds.
