摘　　要：地质档案电子文件的管理必将成为日后档案管理工作的一大趋势,本文讨论了电子文件的优缺点,在此基础上分别从归档、储存、安全、使用等四个方面阐述了如何科学合理地管理电子文件。The management of electronic documents of geological archives will become a major trend in the future management of the archives, this article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of electronic files, on this basis, the paper explains how to manage the electronic document scientifically and reasonably from four aspects, such as filing, storage, security, use and so on.
