摘　　要：压滤机过滤通过滤布的透气量排出滤液,卸除滤饼时有的会粘挂在滤布上面,使滤布毛细孔堵塞造成没有透气量,因此滤布需经过冲洗装置冲洗后才能再进行过滤。研制一种压滤机组合式喷管滤布冲洗装置,该装置为PLC自动控制运行操作,设置5.0 MPa的高压进水压力冲洗滤布,组合式喷管升降一次可把多块滤布快速清洗干净,达到足够的透气量,该结构设计紧凑占地面积小,节省能源降低成本,操作简单维修方便。The pressure filter discharged the filtrate through the air permeability of filter cloth. The filter cloth would be blocked with the cake sticking to the cloth surface, which led to no air permeability, so the cloth should be washed before using again. A combined nozzle filter cloth washing device for pressure filter was developed in this paper. The device could realize automatic operation controlled by PLC, the inlet pressure was set to 5.0 MPa to wash the cloth and the combined nozzle could wash several pieces of cloth with lift and fall once. The device had the advantages of compact structure, small occupation area,energy saving, low cost, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
