温针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗36例心脾两虚型心悸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗心脾两虚型心悸的疗效。方法:选取72例心脾两虚型心悸的患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组患者给予穴位贴敷,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予温针灸配合治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率和心电图改善状况。结果:对照组和观察组患者治疗总有效率分别为80.56%和94.44%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者心电图改善情况分别为75%和91.67%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合穴位贴敷在治疗心脾两虚型心悸中临床疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of warm needling therapy combined with acupoint application for heart and spleen deficiency type cardiopalmus. Methods 72 patients selected were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given acupoint application, while observation group was given warm needling therapy combined with acupoint application. Clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram were compared between two groups. Results The total ef- fective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and observation group were 80. 56% and 94. 44% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The improvement rate of electrocardiogram in the control group and observation group was 75% and 91.67% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Warm needling therapy combined with acupoint application is an effective method for heart and spleen deficiency type eardiopalmus and it has clinical value.
