摘 要:当前安全阀校验多采用离线校验的方法,要求企业的生产设备必须停车,因此降低了企业的生产效率。针对现有校验方式的不足,开发了具有新型固定夹持、测量方式、判开方法的安全阀在线校验系统。该校验系统分为程序控制、液压驱动与机械夹具3部分,根据校验要求,3部分共同作用,完成整个在线校验任务。该校验系统具有装拆方便、装夹定位快速、测量操作简单、适用性强等优点。该系统的应用能减少操作人员工作量,提高校验效率,具有一定的市场前景。The current safety valve calibration method is offline, and it demands the production equipment in the company parking. So the production efficiency of the company reduces. Aiming at the disadvantages of existing calibration methods, a new type of on-line calibration system with fixed clamping, measuring ways and sentencing open the safety valve was developed. The calibration system based on the calibration of different parts in the process of control could be divided into three parts including process control part, hydraulic drive and mechanical fixture parts. According to the calibration demand, the three parts should work together to complete the online calibration task. The calibration system has the advantages of convenient installation applicability. The application of the system can reduce , rapid clamping position, simple measuring and the strong the workload and enhance the calibration efficiency, and it has a great market prospect.
