摘 要:电压互感器(PT)二次回路压降是导致电力企业漏计电量的主要原因之一。不同于现有的解决方案,文中基于电压跟随器原理,提出采用电压跟随器模块与精密电阻模块同时工作于PT二次回路的方法生产一种新型装置消除PT二次回路压降。通过提出的方法与装置,选择与电能表阻抗匹配的精密电阻模块并联接入PT出口端,电压跟随器模块串联接入电能表端,其结果等同于电能表直接接在PT出口端形成PT二次计量回路,准确消除了PT二次回路从PT出口端至电能表端的回路压降。实际应用现场的测试数据分析表明,该方法与装置有效解决了PT二次回路压降问题,装置运行稳定可靠,具备很高的推广价值。The voltage drop in the PT secondary circuit is one of the main reasons of leakage of electricity measure- ment. A new scheme, based on voltage follower principle, is proposed to eliminate the voltage drop in I^F secondary circuit accurately. The modules of voltage follower and the precision resistors are simultaneously working in the PT secondary circuit. The precision resistor modules that are matching the resistors of electric energy meter, connect in parallel to the secondary circuit near the F'T. The voltage follower is series connection to the secondary circuit near the electric energy meter. The device eliminates accurately the voltage drop between I^F and the meter and its effects are equivalent to the meter connecting next to the PT. The analysis of measurement data from practical applications veri- fied the performance of the proposed device and its application feasibility.
