利用微信提升高校图书馆服务水平的策略分析

摘　　要：从高校管理者的角度来看,提升图书馆的建设管理水平是彰显学校办学能力的主要渠道之一。鉴于此,高校图书馆功能的充分彰显,应以完善服务为主旨,同时将先进的科学技术融入服务的全过程。将微信软件应用到图书馆服务工作中是图书馆服务功能完善的必然趋势。文章对高校图书馆微信服务现状进行分析探讨,根据现状提供相关建议,旨在促进广大高校师生能更好地通过图书馆获取新知。As the improvement of construction and management quality of libraries is one of the main indicators of the education capacity of universities from the perspective of the management of institutes of higher learning, the functions of university libraries shall be brought to full play by taking improvement of services as the main purpose and by integrating the advanced science and technology into services. It has become an inevitable trend for improvement of functions of library services to apply WeChat and other apps to the library service This paper analyzes and explores the status quo of WeChat services provided by university libraries and offers recommendations accordingly, so as to improve the accessibility of libraries for university students and faculties.
