摘  要:以水玻璃和硫酸为原料,采用分步加酸工艺制备高吸附活性硅胶,通过单因素实验和正交实验,得最佳工艺条件:硅酸钠质量分数为11%,快速加入的硫酸与总硫酸质量比为0.3,硫酸浓度为6.5 mol·L-1,反应温度为70℃,反应终点p H=3,静置熟化24 h,600℃下煅烧。在上述最佳工艺条件下制备得到的硅胶DBP值为3.75 m L·g-1,红外光谱分析具有明显的硅胶特征,XRD分析为非晶结构,粒径(d50)为218 nm,比表面积为377.54 m2·g-1。High adsorption activated silica gel was prepared using adding acid stepwise method with water glass and sulfuric acid as raw material. The single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiments were used to determine the optimum technological conditions: the concentration of sodium silicate was 11%,the volume ratio of sulfuric acid quickly added to the total sulfuric acid was 0. 3,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 6. 5 mol / L,the reaction temperature was 70 ℃,the p H value of reaction endpoint was 3,stewing for 24 hours,and calcining at 600 ℃.Under these optimum conditions,the DBP of the products obtained was 3. 75 m L / g,and the infrared spectroscopy has showed that the product has obvious characteristics of silica,the XRD analysis of the sample showed that silica has amorphous structure,and the specific surface area was 377. 54 m2/ g.
