摘 要:采用不同种类和配比的环氧丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯配制了附着力底漆,采用紫外光灯辐照固化漆膜,检测了漆膜的硬度和附着力,研究了素板种类和附着力底漆对实木地板紫外光(UV)固化饰面涂层的强度和耐刮擦性能的影响.结果表明:密度大的紫檀木素板比密度小的番龙眼素板更易得到更硬、更耐刮擦的实木地板饰面涂层;在番龙眼基材上,脂肪酸改性环氧丙烯酸酯与聚酯丙烯酸酯复配得到的底漆提供了硬度最高的漆膜,从而得到最佳的耐刮性.Adhesion primers were prepared with different types and proportions of epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate, urethane acrylate. The paint film was cured by ultraviolet (UV) light irradiation, and its hardness and adhesion were tested. Effects of bare floor and adhesion primer on strength and scratch resistance were investigated. Results showed that pterocarpus indicus floor with higher density were superior in obtaining harder and more scratch-resistant coating than pometia pinnata floor with lower density. In the case of pometia pinnata suhstrates, coating with fatty acid-modified epoxy acrylate and polyester acrylate provided the highest film hardness, thus the best scratch resistance could be obtained.
