严重胸部外伤患者胸腔感染的临床诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的分析严重胸部外伤患者胸腔感染诊断与治疗方法,为临床诊治提供参考。方法选取2013年2月-2015年12月医院收治的严重胸部外伤合并胸腔感染患者96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组48例和对照组48例,对照组采取常规诊断治疗措施,观察组联合血必净注射液治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者住院时间(12.2±6.3)d显著短于对照组(15.9±5.8)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,两组患者试验室指标均得到改善,观察组RR(19.2±4.3)次/min、CRP(12.6±4.2)mg/L、WBC(11.1±2.0)×109/L显著低于对照组RR(22.0±4.3)次/min、CRP(15.1±2.2)mg/L、WBC(12.4±2.2)×109/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状改善总有效率98.0%显著高于对照组68.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严重胸部外伤合并胸腔感染患者常规治疗联合血必净治疗能够提高治疗效果,具有推广价值。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of severe chest trauma complicated by chest infection,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 96 patients with severe chest trauma complicated by chest infection in hospital from Feb.2013 to Dec.2015 were selected,who were randomly divided into observer group and control group.Control group patients were taken trentment of diagnosis and treatment of regulation,and observer group patients were taken trentment of Xuebijing injection.The treatment effects in two groups were compared.RESULTS Hospitalization time of observation group（12.2±6.3）d was significantly shorter than that in the control group（15.9±5.8）d（P〈0.05）.After treatment,both groups laboratory parameters were improved,observation group RR（19.2±4.3）times/min,CRP（12.6±4.2）mg/L,WBC（11.1±2.0）×109/L significantly lower than those in the control group RR（22.0±4.3）times/min,CRP（15.1±2.2）mg/L,WBC（12.4±2.2）×109/L（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in observation group（98.0%）,which was significantly higher than that in control group（68.8%）（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Conventional therapy combined Xuebijing therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with severe chest trauma and chest infections,which has promotional value.
