2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇皮肤消毒液对皮肤表面消毒效果及对皮肤刺激性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇皮肤消毒液对人体携带自然菌、致病菌的杀灭作用效果及对皮肤刺激性,证明可应用于术前皮肤消毒。方法根据卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》中相关试验方法,对2%葡萄糖酸氯己定醇皮肤消毒液进行微生物杀灭试验,以得出实验样品对人体携带常见致病菌的杀灭效果,通过皮肤模拟现场试验得出实验样品对人体表面菌的杀灭效果,对实验对象进行手部皮肤不良反应实验,探究其在皮肤刺激性方面的评价。结果经过3次平行操作,原液中和剂第1、2组没有菌,第3~5组菌落数相似,葡萄糖酸氯己定含量500mg/L中和剂第1组无菌落生长,第2、5组均有生长,且第2组较少;消毒剂原液对本试验选取的3种病原菌繁殖体分别作用0.5min,平均杀灭对数值均〉5.00;对皮肤表面涂擦消毒作用1min,对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为2.04（1.85~2.85）;皮肤刺激实验显示样品在降低乙醇消毒剂带来的刺激感方面效果明显。结论 2%葡萄糖氯己定醇消毒液对皮肤表面自然菌及致病菌的杀灭效果良好,且明显降低对皮肤刺激,可应用于术前皮肤消毒。OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfection effect of 2%chlorhexidine gluconate skin disinfectant on human carrying natural bacteria,pathogenic bacteria and irritation effect on the skin,so as to explore its use in the preoperative skin disinfection.METHODS According to the relevant test methods in the 2002 edition of the technical standard for disinfection of the Ministry of Health,the disinfectant microbial killing experiment of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate was carried out to obtain the killing effect of the samples on common pathogenic bacteria of human body,and the skin simulated field test experiment was used to obtain the killing effect of the samples on surface bacteria of human body.The adverse reaction to the subjects＇ hand skin experiment was carried out,so as to explore the evaluation in terms of skin irritation.RESULTS After 3times of parallel experiments,liquid neutralizer group 1and 2had no bacteria,the 3to 5groups had similar colony number,neutralizer group 1with chlorhexidine gluconate content of 500mg/L had no colony growth,and group 2and 5had bacteria growth,and less in group 2.Using disinfectant solution for three kinds of pathogens for 0.5min,the average killing logarithm was 5.00.Rubbing for skin surface for disinfection for 1min,the average killing logarithm on the surface of the skin natural bacteria was 2.04（1.85-2.85）.Skin stimulation experiments showed that samples had a good effect in reducing stimulation sense by ethanol disinfectants.CONCLUSION The 2% chlorhexidine gluconate has good disinfection effects on human carrying natural bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,and can obviously reduce the stimulation to the skin,so it can be used for preoperative skin disinfection.
