非缺碘因素对淄博市8-10岁儿童甲状腺容积影响的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究淄博市碘缺乏地区8-10岁儿童年龄、性别、身高和体重等非缺碘因素对甲状腺容积的影响。方法采用容量比例概率抽样法在淄博市碘缺乏地区抽取30所小学的913名8-10岁儿童,分别进行甲状腺容积、身高和体重等指标的测定,并对儿童性别、年龄、身高、体重与甲状腺容积的关系进行分析研究。结果不同性别组儿童甲状腺容积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分别对不同年龄组、身高组和体重组儿童的甲状腺容积进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),儿童甲状腺容积随年龄、身高、体重的增长而增大,甲状腺容积与年龄、身高和体重两两之间均有相关性(P<0.001),体重对甲状腺容积的影响强度大于身高。结论 8-10岁儿童的年龄、身高和体重对甲状腺容积有影响,建议对8-10岁儿童甲状腺容积的评价应综合考虑儿童体格发育指标即年龄、身高和体重等相关因素,有必要按身高、体重进行校正。Objective To study the effects of children＇s non-iodine factors of age, sex, body height and weight on thyroid volume aged 8 - 10 in Zibo iodine deficiency areas. Methods The indices of age, body height, weight and thyroid volume were measured among 913 children aged 8 - 10 years in iodine deficiency areas of Zibo with PPS method. And the relationship of gender, age, body height and weight with the thyroid volume was analyzed resperctively. Results There were no significant differences of thyroid volume between boys and girls. But the thyroid volume was different in differen groups of age, sex, body height and weight. The thyroid volume was increased along with the growth of age, body height and weight. In addition, there were obvious relation- ships between body height, body weight and thyroid volume, and the body weight influenced thyroid volume more than body height did. Conclusions The factors of child＇s age, body height and weight on thyroid volume obviously influence the thyroid volume. When the child＇s thyroid volume evaluated, the related factors of physical development, such as age, body height and weight ere, should be integrated into consideration. Moreover, the thyroid volume should be rectified according to the body height and weight.
