制度信任对矿工自主安全行为意愿的影响分析

摘　　要：本文在理论分析的基础上提出了煤矿安全管理制度信任的内涵与结构。矿工的安全管理制度信任是矿工基于对安全管理制度的主观认知而产生的积极心理预期,包括制度设计信任、制度执行信任和制度遵从信任三个维度。矿工的制度信任能够促进其形成利益相容、刚性约束、责任交换的认知机制。对306名矿工的调查发现制度设计信任、制度执行信任和制度遵从信任均对其自主安全行为选择有显著的正向影响。基于上述结论本文提出相关的管理对策,以期提高煤矿安全管理水平。This paper proposed the content and structure of institutional trust in coal mine safety management system based on theoretical analysis.The coal miners＇ institutional trust is the positive expectations relied on the subjective perception of safety management systems.Trust of institution design,trust of institution implementation and trust of institution compliance was distinguished as three dimensions of institutional trust.The institutional trust of coal miners promoted the cognitive mechanisms which contains benefits integration,rigid constraint and responsibility exchange.The investigation of 306 miners found that the trust of institution design,trust of institution implementation and trust of institution compliance have a significant positive impact on the choice of safety behaviors.In order to improve the level of coal mine safety management,the measures raised based on the conclusion.
