摘 要:本文应用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法研究煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采与注水降尘一体化效应,得出在煤层瓦斯压力为0.63MPa,工作面孔隙率0.069,煤层渗透率为1.5×10^(-3)μm^2,在钻孔直径95mm,抽采负压为13kPa时,80m深的瓦斯抽采钻孔有效影响半径为3m,对相同钻孔进行注水降尘48小时后,注水湿润半径为6m。从实际的注水降尘效果可以看出,不同工序下的降尘率均超过了56%,降尘效果明显,实现钻孔"一孔两用"的目标。This paper researched the integration application effects of gas drainage and water injection in coal seam drilling by using theory analysis,numerical simulation and field test.It concluded that the effective influencing radius of 80 meters depth drilling was 3 meters on the condition of 0.63 MPa of gas pressure,0.069 porosity of coal seam,1.5×10-(-3)μm-2 of permeability of coal seam,95 mm of drilling diameter and 13 kPa of extraction pressure.The water injection wetting radius became 6m when injected water into the same drilling 48 hours.As can be seen from the actual effect,dust fall rate were more than56% at different work stages and achieved the aim of"double efficacies of one drilling".
