摘 要:采用低碳钢电阻炉制备Mg-3Zn-x Zr(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7)合金。研究锆含量不同时合金材料经固溶处理后的微观结构组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着锆含量从0.1%增加到0.7%,合金晶粒逐步细化,抗拉强度、屈服强度和塑性变形能力得到显著改善,耐蚀性能先升高后降低。固溶处理后,合金的晶粒虽略有长大,但力学性能得到进一步改善,耐蚀性能也得到提高。Mg-3Zn-xZr alloys were prepared in a low carbon steel resistance furnace. Microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy samples with different contents of zirconium after solid solution treatment were investigated. The results show that when the Zr element content increased from 0. 1% to 0. 7%,the grain size refined gradually,and tensile strength,yield strength and plastic deformation capacity were obviously improved. Moreover,corrosion resistance of Mg-3Zn-xZr increased at the beginning and then decreased. The grain became slightly larger after solid solution treatment,but the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were further enhanced.
