摘  要:犬瘟热是由犬瘟热病毒(CDV)感染引起的一种传染性强、范围广、致死率极高的动物疾病,易感动物主要是犬科、猫科和鼬科动物,感染后不仅给宠物饲养和特种经济养殖带来巨大经济和精神损失,还会引起社会恐慌。因此,研制一种快速、准确的检测方法具有重要意义。文章从犬瘟热病毒的流行病学、发病机理及实验室检测CDV经常采用技术,包括血清学检测方法、分子生物学检测技术进行详细阐述。Canine distemper (CD) is a highly contagious and widespread animal disease with an extremely high mortality rate that caused by canine distemper virus (CDV). The susceptible animals of CDV are mainly canine, feline and mustelidae animals, CDV not only brings huge economic and spiritual losses to pet raising and special economic breeding after infection, but also cause social panics. Thus, rapid and timely diagnosis and developing a fast and accurate detection method of CDV have a great significance. This paper expounds in detail the CDV epidemiology, pathogenesis, and the CDV detection technologies that frequently used in the laboratory, including serological detection method and molecular biological detection technology.
