摘 要:为了掌握易捕鲤与亲本之间亲缘关系的偏移程度,试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析了易捕鲤及其选育亲本大头鲤、黑龙江鲤和散鳞镜鲤的肝脏和肌肉的淀粉酶(AMY)、酯酶(EST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)6种同工酶。结果表明:4种鲤鱼各种同工酶带型基本一致,易捕鲤同工酶活性与亲本一致或者介于亲本之间,并且更接近大头鲤。说明易捕鲤的遗传背景与选育结果相同,没有发生较大偏移。To grasp the deviation degree of kinship between Cyprinus carpio var. Yibu and its parents, polyaerylamide gel eleetrophoresis was used to analyze the six isozymes in the livers and muscles of Cyprinus carpio var. Yibu and its parents Cyprinus pellegrini, Cyprinus carpio, var. specularis amurensis, and Cyprinus carpio haematopterus Temm. etSehl for selective breeding, including amylase (AMY), esterase (EST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) , malate dehydrogenase (MDH) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) , and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH). The re- sults showed that the types of all isozyme bands of four carps were basically consistent, and the isozyme activity of Cyprinus carpio var. Yibu was consistent with its parents or between its parents, which was closer to Cyprinus peUegrini. The results indicate that the genetic background of Cyprinus carpio var. Yibu is the same as the selective breeding results and there is no significant shift.
